A significant feature of the Driver Cap is its classic 90 degree side seam. In addition, the main part of the shell is sewn in one piece and fixed to the visor using three rivets. Its covering is made of PET to guarantee a perfect shape in all weathers. Its finishes without pressure at the level of the forehead prove to be a technical particularity. It is a specialty of the house of Stetson thanks to which the peaked hat blocked on wood offers a particular comfort.
