Article 1: Special conditions of sale

Payment is made only by credit card on a secure banking server.

Article 6: Retention of title

The products remain the property of KLUBB until full payment of the order.

Article 7: Terms and delivery times

KLUBB delivers its Products in France and in all countries of the European Union and can, on request, deliver to any country.

The products are sent with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building, staircase, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

KLUBB undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order.

In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and KLUBB by any means of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.

KLUBB cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault.

The customer has 30 days to return his package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For any refund request, we will credit your bank account with the amount of the returned item, however the return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final amount.

The customer also has the option of picking up his order directly in store: free delivery. Option to be validated when choosing the delivery method.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

Within 30 days of receipt of their order, the Customer may ask KLUBB to exchange the Product(s).

If this period of 30 clear days normally expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the first following working day.

To do this, the Customer must first make an exchange request by e-mail.

Returns of underwear must comply with these conditions:

- Items such as boxers, briefs and swimsuits can be tried on, but for obvious reasons of hygiene, we ask the Customer to wear their own underwear underneath before trying on an item

- The rest of the textile articles on the Site can be tried on without fitting conditions

- The item must not have been washed

- The item must be clean

- The item must not have been ironed

- The item must not carry your perfume

- The item must be returned in its original packaging

- The item must be returned with the label attached to the product


The return is the responsibility of KLUBB in the event of a defective product/not in conformity with the shipment. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the customer.

The exchange is at the Customer's risk. The Product must be returned within one week in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the exchange email/return slip to the following address:
