We draw your attention to the fact that delivery times are beyond our control. We are in no way responsible for the delays of the chosen carrier.
How do I track my parcel?
We send you an e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched with a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your parcel. Otherwise we are available at 09.51.55.89.02 from Tuesday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days to return it to us from the time you received it. It just needs to be new (that there is still the label) and if possible in the original packaging.
The shipping costs for making a return amount to 4.5€, they will be deducted when the order is refunded upon receipt.
We are aware that it is very unpleasant as a buyer to have to deduct the return shipping costs when refunding, but being a small shop, it is impossible for us to take the entire return costs at our expense which are significantly higher than €4.5.
The initial shipping costs of the order are not refunded, unless the product is defective / does not comply with the order.

In order to be reimbursed, please contact us within 30 days after delivery, your order in its original condition and packaging. We will re-credit your bank account with the amount of the returned item(s), deducting the return costs.
