COOKIES

The KLUBB website uses cookies. Thus, the site is likely to access information already stored on your computer, mobile phone or tablet. These cookies are useful to us for the technical operation of the site, by allowing us to record your preferences.

  1. Definition of a cookie

Cookies (or connection cookies) are text files which are placed and stored on the hard drive of your terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet or any other device allowing you to browse the Internet) by the server of a website.

Some of these cookies are necessary or even essential to access certain features of a site. Others make it possible, for example, to establish statistics and volumes of visits (number of visitors to each page, geographical origin of the media used to visit the site, etc.) and statistics on the consultation and use of the various elements making up the site. (headings and content visited, duration of the visit, etc.). They also make it possible to provide additional services such as, for example, the sharing of content present on a website via social networks.

At no time is the use of cookies imposed on you and you can refuse their use at any time by setting your Internet browser, as explained below.

The tracers used by the site fall into two categories:

- so-called strictly necessary tracers, which do not require your prior consent,

- other trackers subject to your prior consent.

1 - Trackers exempt from prior consent

According to the regulations, these cookies are exempt from the collection of the user's consent. Indeed, they are essential for navigation on our sites or strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the user. Their overpressure can cause navigation difficulties. We do not recommend deleting them.

2 - Tracers subject to your prior consent

Analytical cookies

These are cookies that allow us to know the use and performance of our sites, to establish statistics, volumes of visits and use of the various elements of our sites (the pages or sections most often consulted, the most read articles, etc.) in order to improve the interest and ergonomics of our services.

These are mainly cookies issued by KLUBB. Regarding third-party cookies, they are not saved by us. Therefore, we suggest that you consult the websites of these third parties for more information on the cookies stored and their management.

You can in any case refuse these cookies by an appropriate setting of your browser, as indicated below.

Sharing cookies (social links)

Our sites contain sharing links to Facebook, Twitter and other similar social networks, which allow you to share the contents of our sites with other people via social networks. When you use these share buttons, a third-party cookie is installed.

If you are connected to a social network when browsing our sites, the sharing buttons allow you to link the content viewed to your user account on the social network. If you do not want the social network to link the information collected through our sites to your user account, you must first disconnect from the social network.

You can also in any case refuse these cookies by an appropriate setting of your browser, as indicated below.

Finally, we invite you to consult the privacy protection policies of these social networks in order to find out about your rights and the purposes of use, in particular advertising, of the browsing information they may collect through these application buttons.

Advertising cookies

A third-party advertising cookie is a cookie placed by the server of a domain separate from that of the site visited. The most common third-party advertising cookies are generally those used by advertising networks.
They allow tracking across a network of sites. They are, for example, used for behavioral targeting, because they make it possible to "recognize" an Internet user on a set of distinct sites. In this case, the network manager cookie is placed or used from the pages of each site via a tag.

The use of trackers is governed by Article 32 II of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, transposing Article 5.3 of Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 12, 2002 as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC.

To find out more about cookies and tracers, we invite you to consult the CNIL website: www.cnil.fr or www.aboutcookies.org/
